STRESS MANAGEMENT IN THE WORKPLACE
If you are feeling stressed at your workplace you need to know one thing in advance: stress usually develops from within. Stress is generally a consequence of ones own attitude towards a certain situation.
In saying this, we do not ignore the fact that negative external influences can occur at a workplace, (e.g. poor lighting, noise pollution, aggressive co-workers, etc..) making it barely tolerable – even with the most positive attitude!
On one hand, our training is aimed at supporting you in eliminating – or at least reducing – self-produced stress. On the other hand, we assist you in optimizing and adjusting external conditions.
